Introducing: Hanky Panky Atelier

Hanky Panky Atelier is an ultra-limited edition capsule collection designed and produced at the Hanky Panky New York City Atelier. This collection was a collaboration between marketing and design to drive traffic and brand awareness, and to give our customers access to luxury garments hand-made in NYC.

LEFT: I edited a scrolling-style video of all the pieces of the collection for social and on-site use. The pink thread represents the hand-made nature of the collection and is used a design element throughout the marketing campaign.

The strategy behind Hanky Panky Atelier was specifically to drive traffic while offering a capsule collection of luxurious, hand-made, ultra-limited edition products.

Each piece was hand-labeled in the way that an art piece would be–which number of the collection it is, who designed it, and to what collection it belongs. To tell the story of Hanky Panky Atelier, I utilized the art used for stamping the hand-made garment tags.

A single email newsletter introduced the collection which sold-out a majority of the collection in days.

To showcase the soft textures, and textural details, and delicate nature of the Hanky Panky Atelier Collection, I photographed the garments on a dark background. The garments were styled in a manner to showcase movement, the fabric, and details.

Social Content

To create deeper story telling I created 2 videos highlighting the design and production of the Hanky Panky Atelier Collection. The first 30 seconds is the design and productions, the second 30 seconds is creating then hand-made packaging elements and preparing the garments for customer delivery.
